Today we walked to Manly beach and got a really bad sunburn (even though it was quite cold and windy). Mum and Alice got very excited as they spotted one of the Home And Away cast called Justin on Freshwater beach shooting a fitness video.
When we went to Freshwater beach we swam in the sea and it was much colder than we expected! At the moment I am quite jet-lagged and have been very ill over the past two days (including the flight)

Good spot on the Home and Away celeb front. Not sure we’ve got an equivalent here, although I’m sure if our local celeb Joyce was to make a fitness video it would also be very popular!

Now that’s a thought!!! We were back at the beach today but not a celeb in sight! Barnaby is feeling much better now thanks! Just the sunburn to watch out for now!! Xx

Are you sure you are in Sydney? We read of such heat that flying foxes are dying in droves. Did you get off at the wrong stop?
